Roger Shicluna

Roger is a degree graduate in Horticulture from Bath University. He has worked in Horticulture and Fresh Produce businesses for over 20 years. He has a broad background of experience having worked in garden centres, irrigation systems, fruit crops, glasshouse crops, speciality vegetables and field salads. His skill knowledge is both Technical and Commercial having had roles as Fieldsman, Produce Technologist and for the past 12 years concentrating on supply chain including procurement, logistics and supplier management. Since 1991 Roger has worked for a number of Geest businesses both in the UK and abroad this was followed by 8 years with the Bakkavor group.

Stuart Smyth

Having studied commercial horticulture at Writtle College, he graduated in 1974. Since then he has worked in the industry managing large scale commercial horticultural operations involving protected and outdoor crops throughout the UK. He is experienced in auditing growers and providing technical advice and training in the UK and abroad
